Residual Marketing – Building Your Network Marketing Business

RESIDUAL MARKETING

Residual Marketing with VideoAs a network marketer, I learned early the definition and importance of residual income, but it wasn’t until I became a internet marketer that I conceived the power of residual marketing.

The Residual Marketing Effect is described as of the continuing promotion that occurs after the initial campaign and over the life of the promotional or marketing tool. It is  a
measurement of the continued usability of a marketing tool and its effectiveness from greatest potency of initial use to the subsequent longevity of its effectiveness.

Video is one of the greatest residual marketing tools that any network marketer could possibly use. It allows you to create a promotional piece one time that becomes available 24 hours a day 7 days a week once uploaded to the internet.

Imagine the power behind online videos that promote your network marketing business that allow viewers to watch at any time of day they desire. Next, imagine those viewers being motivated to take action from the content shared in your video and joining your business without you ever personally speaking to them. This happens every day online.

How To Create Residual Marketing

In this video, I talk about how to create residual marketing. This is the type of marketing that you do once and it continues to market for you over and over and over again without any further input from you.

There are several different types of medias that you can use to create residual marketing but by far the best media is video.

With video, you can create and record a message one time and upload that video to various video hosting and distribution sites and market to people all over the world every day for as long as your video is hosted.

Building Your Internet Marketing Business with Residual Marketing

Today I was sitting around thinking about the work that I am doing with my online business.

For the past few weeks, I have been laying a solid foundation. I want my business to be sturdy and solid. I am really excited about my progress.

Now it’s time to create a following and one of the best ways to do that is to set up a residual marketing program.

Never heard of residual marketing?

Well it’s similar to residual income where you get paid over and over again for something you did once. Except with residual marketing, you get traffic over and over again for a marketing technique that you implemented once.

Video is a great residual marketing tool. In this video, I describe how I will be creating multiple videos to drive traffic to my website properties through the power of residual marketing.

How To Generate Up to 350 FREE Leads Per Day On Facebook!

Viral FB FormulaIn just a moment, you are gong to discover the ‘simple formula’ that my friend Kevin Sousa uses to pull in up to 350 free leads per day and get upwards of 600,000 shares & 80,000 comments on his Facebook posts.

You can do this without a big list, magic software, or hacks that will get your account banned faster than a jack rabbit on viagra…

In fact, this formula is so effective and consistently reliable that nothing else online even comes close to boosting your free leads and sales as much as this… Plus, it’s quick and easy to apply… It works in every market… and you can do it without a shred of technical skill or marketing know-how… and that’s just the beginning.

Read this entire blog post until the end, and I’ll also give you a special bonus that will have your first post going viral and generating leads within 24 hours! It’s copy and paste simple, and the boost to your leads, sales, and income happens very quickly!

Prepare yourself, because the results will SHOCK YOU!

sunrise

Imagine for a moment what just 100 extra free leads per day could do for your business.. Would it double.. or triple your current income?

Maybe you’ve never made any money on the internet and this formula will be the first time you’ll actually see all your hard work show up in your back account. Think about what that extra income could do for you…

Would you be able to buy a new car, take your family on a nice vacation, or just have the freedom of not living paycheck to paycheck, worrying about how you’re going to pay your bills?

What you’re about to see is so powerful, the temptation to misuse it can be strong. So you need to promise me that you will only use it to promote great quality products that genuinely help people.. deal?

sunrise

Also, this formula won’t be available for long, and it will be taken down without notice.. which means this will probably be the last chance you get to see it, so get it now while you still can…

OK, so I bet you’re wondering what the story is behind this formula and how you can use it to start generating leads and sales in your business..

Well, about a month ago, one of Kevin’s business partners asked him an interesting question…

He said.. “Do Want to Turn your Facebook Page into an ATM Machine?”

…and at first, Kevin just laughed and thought…

“Here we go again…”

He’s going to try and sell me some magic software or hack that will just waste my time, not getting me any closer to making real money on Facebook…”

Turn Your Friends and Followers in Leads!

sunrise

I learned a long time ago, the ONLY way to make consistent money from your Facebook page is by turning your friends and followers into LEADS…

…and the only way to get a lot of followers and leads, is by getting VIRAL EXPOSURE through the likes, shares, and comments on your posts.

“But There Was Always One Serious Problem”

Nothing I posted ever got more than 20-30 comments and a couple shares, so I could never generate enough leads to make any real money…

That is, until I learned Kevin Sousa’s secret formula for unleashing the “Viral Power” ofFacebook.

It was unlike anything I had ever heard before..

I thought it was just ‘luck’ that caused a post to go viral and get thousands of shares and comments, but I was DEAD WRONG..

It’s a formula…It’s scientific…It’s not luck…

So that means ANYONE who applies the formula can get a similar result!

That was music to my ears..

sunrise…and after just one week of using the formula, Kevin started getting thousands of shares and comments on his posts every day.. and leads we’re flooding into his email autoresponder.

His posts started spreading like wildfire and marketers from all different niches started asking him how he was doing it…

…and after he taught them his formula, they started seeing results almost instantly!

When you get your copy of the Viral FB formula today… Kevin will teach you The Exact formula he taught them for making posts their posts viral in a value packed 30 minute training video..

sunrise

Kevin also provides additional training videos where he teaches you “How to Maximize Your Leads” using a couple simple tweaks that took him from 50-100 leads/day to over 350 leads/day literally overnight…

He will teach you how to kick start your shares so you hit the magic ‘viral’ number FAST! (even if you have no friends or followers)

Kevin will teach you how to convert your viral posts into leads and sales in any niche…

…and he even shows you the top 5 mistakes he’s made and how you can avoid them…

Just imagine what this can do for your business and your income.. never before has it been so easy to give yourself a MONSTER sized pay raise.. by bringing in 2, 3, or even 4 times the amount of leads and sales that you’re currently getting.. and with so little effort..

..making your posts go viral is easy and the difference it makes in the volume of leads and cold hard cash flooding into your bank account each and every week is nothing short of INCREDIBLE..

What would the Viral FB Formula be worth to you?

Act today you’ll also receive a very special, limited time bonus.. Kevin actually lets you copy his 2 Best Posts of All Time! Marketers: How Not To Send A LinkedIn Inmail Message

LinkedIn InmailYour LinkedIn Inmail Messages are Getting IGNORED

Are you guilty of sending e-cards to people via LinkedIn. Did someone convince you that this was a great way to connect with and build a relationship with people on LinkedIn?

I hate to burst your bubble but chances are, no one is even opening your LinkedIn Inmail. That’s right… your effort is going in the toilet because you are not doing it correctly.

In this video, I will show you why no one is paying attention to your message.

How To Use Blog Commenting To Drive Traffic

Blog Commenting Strategy

Leaving comments on other blogs and forums is one of the most ideal ways to drive targeted visitors to your web page or blog. This is done by identifying blogs inside your specific niche market and then simply adding useful comments to those blog posts. Comments that you post on blogs within your market niche should be written so that they stop and capture the interest of the viewers and then drive those viewers to your personal website.

Over and above getting targeted traffic, there are several other advantages of leaving comments:

  • When done properly, leaving comments gives you the potential opportunity of developing a networking relationship with the owner of the niche blog. This allows you the opportunity to develop a relationship with someone who has a similar interest as you and gives you a potential source to conduct future joint ventures with.
  • Commenting on other blogs further more strengthens your message and influence as an expert. You are now not only seen on your own blogging platform but also on the blogging platform of other respected bloggers within your niche market community.
  • Building natural back-links to your own website is yet another advantage to blog commenting. As you incorporate this ongoing marketing strategy, over time you will notice your blog being strengthened from an ever increasing amount of niche targeted back-links.

4 Tips To Consider Before You Start Leaving Blog Comments

The primary intent behind commenting on blogs is always to acquire new followers by appealing to the viewers of another blog (the blog you are commenting on) to visit your own blog. Here are a handful of common suggestions that will help you achieve your goals:

  • Making hollow comments such as, “Awesome post!” is not going to give you the desired results you are looking for. The overall quality of your comment must be informative, value added and if possible, opinionated.  Believe it or not, strong opinions capture attention and get clicks.
  • Keeping your comments relevant to the blog topic is vital. I am amazed at how many bloggers will leave spammy comments that have nothing to do with the original blog post. These are thoughtless short cuts that damage your credibility. Leaving value added comments take time and thought to write, however it only takes one great comment on a large blog to drive a dozen or so unique visits per day.
  • Commenting early is very important because most people are not going to read past the first few comments.  Comment placement can be likened to Google placement rank where most searchers rarely go past the first few page results.  If there are 30 comments on a post, most people will only read the top few; so get your comment posted early.
  • Commenting on blog posts that are freshly written will usually yield a greater amount of traffic than commenting on a blog post that was posted many months ago.  Most of a blog’s traffic is going to come from loyal followers. Fresh posts are usually viewed by those followers within the first few days of the post. Your comment has a greater chance of being seen by the masses if you comment on freshly written blog posts.

4 techniques to use when commenting on blogs

  1. First do a blog search on your niche topic and build a list of 10 -20 different blogs that you think provide quality content that you would like to follow. The more followers the blog has, the better chances you will have a redirecting some of that traffic to your own blog.
  2. Grab the RSS feed for those blogs using a RSS reader or a tool such as Comment Sniper. Set the reader or sniper to immediately notify you whenever a new post is made.
  3. Review fresh blog posts as early as you possibly can and if you can provide a quality comment that is relevant to the post, then do so. If you cannot add value to the post, do not leave a comment. It’s okay to bypass a post that you do not have a comment for. It is better to not comment than to leave a weak comment.
  4. Prior to making comments, get familiar with that particular blog community. Each blog has its own unique style and community character. Make sure you blend in with that community’s style and character before leaving comments.

Tracking the effectiveness of your blog comments

Any activity incorporated into your marketing efforts should provide you with verifiable results. Tracking is a very important activity. It lets you know what efforts are bringing you the best results.

The best way to measure your results is with tracking analytic software. You can install analytic software on your blog for free if you use a tool like Google Analytics. With this software you can monitor from where and how much traffic you are receiving.

Your analytics software should provide you with insight as to which blogs and posts are driving the most traffic back to your site. With this information you will be able to better judge which blogs and subjects produce better results for you. This will help you laser focus your commenting efforts.

How to Market Your Network Marketing Business With Postcards

Are you tired of struggling with marketing your business opportunity on the internet? Does it seem like you need a Masters degree to learn social media marketing? Are you sick of competing with online pros who have the know how and money to beat you at marketing?

How would you like to guarantee that your marketing gets seen and not your competitors? I will share with you the secret to getting your message in front of your targeted audience and eliminating your competition at the same time.

Internet marketing is a terrific way to market your business opportunity, however, if you are not creating profits from the activity, you may need to think about employing a different approach to something that may actually work for you.

I am not suggesting yet another “new” super marketing method that will solve your problems. Instead, I am offering a old and tried system which has already proven to get results for the average Joe who is not an online marketing wizard.

I am talking about a method that is adaptable, effective and can reach a crowd of people that you genuinely wish to target. The marketing method I am referring to is good old fashioned postcard marketing.

Before you disregard this method of marketing because you think it’s outdated and no longer effective, consider these few facts:

    • With respect to other marketing methods, post-card mailings are extremely affordable. You can invest just a couple hundred dollars and reach a multitude of prospective customers.
    • The alternative is the popular pay per click (PPC) model. Google made this a popular way for experienced marketers to get their message out to masses of people. But guess what? Chances are you are not a PPC expert which means you could end up spending thousands of dollars trying to get the same results the pros are getting. The learning curve for PPC can be very costly. It is not a method recommended for amateurs.
    • Postcard marketing however, is a lot simpler approach. The learning curve is not as steep and you can pace yourself and have total control with the amount of money you spend to get results.
    • Your message is seen immediately. With postcards, people don’t have to open an envelope. Your message is right there on the card which means people will actually read what you have to say. This is a contrast to internet marketing where people have become blind to marketing ads.
    • A postcard with a solid ad copy that is simple in design, will yield you a greater response rate than other online marketing campaigns. It is highly likely that your postcard will be the only postcard your prospect receives that day in their mailbox. For this reason alone you stand apart from your competitors and get a fair shot at your prospect taking action on your offer.
    • Post cards are less expensive. Pay per click campaigns can be really expensive, especially when you are bidding for the best types of keywords. With postcards, you are getting the very best mailing rate offered.
    • Postcard campaigns are extremely easy to assemble. Unlike letters, you are not required to collate, stuff, fold, or lick envelopes. Merely place a stamp and a label on the postcard and you are ready to mail. If this task is too much of a chore for you, there are even places where you can outsource this activity.
    • Postcards allow you to be very specific in your target marketing. There are large mailing list companies called list brokers where you can purchase names addresses from. Those list can be sorted in a variety of ways, meeting your specific needs. This level of pin point accuracy can make the difference in how well your mailing pulls leads.
    • Duplication is extremely easy with postcard marketing. If you have ever been involved in a business like network marketing, you have heard the word duplication. Teaching others how to duplicate is not an easy task. However, postcard marketing is one of those methods that is very easy to duplicate.
  • Members of your organization can easily use the same postcard ad copy and direct traffic to an online marketing funnel. The only requirement is that they get started in mailing postcards on a consistent basis. Anyone with any level of experience and instruction can quickly get up to speed with this method.

While postcard marketing is fairly straight forward, there are some pitfalls you should be aware of. Google Plus Monday – Smart Marketing Strategy

Today I stumbled across something that I found very unique and smart. If you look around you will notice that marketers of all kinds use social media to promote their products or services. Often times they will post a link to their blog post or affiliate link hoping that someone will click on it, like it and share it with others.

Oftentimes this type of marketing strategy goes no where.  You see,  in order for something to go viral there must be a reason for others to like it, plus it, retweet it or whatever other viral options social media sites offer.

There are several different ways to get content virally passed on. However, in this post I am going to focus on WIIFM. You all know what the acronym stands for… What’s In It For Me.

So this morning I was browsing through my Facebook updates when I came across this:

Kevin K. Lau, who is a network marketing business coach and social media consultant, posted this simple post on his Facebook status. It stated,

Feel free to leave a comment down below with a link to your latest blog and I’ll +1 it. (First 10 will receive +1s) :)

Now you may not think much of that at first but here’s why it made me stop and smile.

Lau really understands the value of marketing. It’s not always about blasting your link in the social media stratosphere hoping someone will click on it and it make a commission for you. No, the real value of marketing is offering people something with no expectations in return. In this simple act, what Lau is essentially saying is, “Hey comment on this post, leave your website url and I will Google +1 it.”

Has the light bulb come on yet?

No? Okay well first, let’s do a deeper dive into Kevin Lau’s background and learn more about who he is.

  1. He is currently a Google TV Community Manager at Google (for those of your who didn’t know, I’m an ex-Google employee). It’s always great to find people who work at places like Google who are into the same thing as you. He potentially could have a lot of insight into things that non-Google employee don’t. Wouldn’t he be a great connection to have?
  2. He has over 500 connections on LinkedIn and is using every aspect of his LinkedIn profile. Having a large LinkedIn network is important when you think about the ability to get your message distributed to many people. Lau is using LinkedIn very effectively.  He completely gets what he is doing on LinkedIn.
  3.  Lau has also written his own ebook titled, “My Guide To Network Marketing And Social Media”. Being an author of a book… even an e-book can give you the appearance of an expert. This is definitely a corporate network marketer strategy.
  4.  Lau understands the importance of branding. He has a very nice corporate looking blog at www.KevinLau.com
  5. His YouTube channel is choked full of great video content and interviews.

Ladies and gentlemen, Kevin is what I call a Corporate Network Marketer. He is a serious player in this industry.

Now, I don’t know how successful he is today but what I can tell you is that success leaves clues. If you follow the trail of successful people you will see that Kevin’s breadcrumb trail follows a similar path. If he isn’t already experiencing success, it’s just a matter of time before he does.

Now back to his simple Facebook post.

I can assume based on the quick background research I did that Kevin more than likely has several loyal followers (I became a follower today).

If I comment and leave a link to one of my post and he gives me a +1 , there possibly will be several people who respect Kevin enough to look at the pages that he has +1. Because I have provided excellent content, Kevin’s followers may like my content and also become followers of mine.

Secondly, the more people that comment on Kevin’s Facebook post, the more popular that post becomes. The more popular a post becomes the higher it ranks on all his Facebook friend’s pages. When a Facebook user comments on his post, their comments show on their Facebook status which may result in driving even more people to view Kevin’s post.

So you see, Kevin stepped out and offered to give people a Google +1 for nothing in return except commenting on his simple post. For that one simple act alone he receives something in return… not only from people on Facebook who left a comment… but now a full blog post with links to his blog and YouTube channel from me!

Isn’t giving good?!!!

How To Brand Your Name Across Multiple Social Platforms

How to Brand Your Name Across Various Platforms

How To Brand Your Name Across Various Platforms

Social media can serve as a gigantic megaphone for your network marketing business. Social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube can become a corporate network marketers golden opportunity to market him or herself globally using the power of social media to reach more prospects.

However, one must be strategic in planning their social media marketing campaigns and branding is a very important aspect of your strategy.

Branding is the personality of your business. It is your name, design, color scheme, logo or any other feature that identifies your goods and services as distinct from others.

Your brand should have a character, a look, a tone of voice and a way of behaving. The question every business owner should be asking is; “how can I make my brand work – how can I make it say the right things and how can I get it to speak to the right people”. In this video we will briefly focus on the number 1 rule of branding: “brand consistency”.

Brand consistency is keeping the look, feel and message the same across all platforms of marketing. Everything about your brand should inter-linked and come back to the core proposition. Every piece of your marketing material is like a member of the same family, supporting and even looking similar to all the other members in the family. Your brand should have it’s own unique “look” which enables a consumer to recognize it immediately and tie it as belonging to you.

Brand consistency has one massive advantage – recognition. With recognition comes familiarity. With familiarity comes trust and confidence. Also, if done correctly, consistency brings clarity and purpose which consumers buy into. They can become loyal.

The goal of your social media brand is to create a consistent identity. That is to make it easy to find you and quickly recognize your brand. Remember, familiarity builds trust.

One of the most basic consistency actions is to have the same brand name across all social media platforms. However, being the first to claim your name on every site can be difficult.

However there are free tools that give you the ability to quickly search the availability of your user name on multiple sites at the same time. Some even over the option to create your profile on each of the sites they search for a fee. If you are aiming to unify your personal or brand presence across the web, these handy tools are worth a look.

Again, there are numerous sites available but I am going to cover my two top favorites in the video below.

Expose & Go

Recruiting Funnel

Put them in the top of the funnel and let the system work the magic in the middle.

I am going to simply share a great piece of advice I received from a well respected network marketer in my organization. He said, June, your job is simply to expose people to the opportunity. 70% of the people you market to are not your prospects anyway, so don’t get caught up in any one individual. The lesson today is to expose and go!

Stop trying to sell, tell, explain, convince and coerce people into your business opportunity. 70% of the people out there are not even your audience. They are not your prospects. Did you get that?!!! Stop sweating people. Stop acting as if you NEED them to join your business opportunity.

Network Marketing is a numbers game. While you are trying to explain the opportunity to your best friend, I have sent 20 people to a pre-recorded presentation. Ten have registered to view the presentation; three have watched the presentation in its entirety and one signed up!

Successful corporate network marketers focus 80% of their time on one thing… marketing! If your team has a successful recruiting funnel system, then you don’t need to worry about learning the presentation or saying the right thing. You don’t have to worry about the in’s and outs of your product or service. While all of these things are great, your goal should be to drive traffic to the recruiting funnel system. The system does a perfect presentation for you each and every time. Just focus on driving traffic to the system, don’t worry about what happens in the middle, just let it work its magic.

So what activities do I do now? I only focus on those activities that are scalable and duplicatable. I implement ways to market my business and as I recruit more people into my primary opportunity, I reinvest my profits into more scalable marketing activities and I teach my business partners how to do the same.

So at the end of the day, all we are doing is driving people into the funnel… allowing the system to do it’s magic and crank out profits on the bottom end.

Quite simple when you think about it. If you have a system that does all the telling, selling, explaining and signing up … then you have a perfect sales funnel. The only thing you need to focus on is marketing. I used several types of marketing techniques that anyone can duplicate down to the exact same wording and copy. My business partners use the same copy as I and they drive traffic to a web address which forwards their prospects to the same pre-recorded sales funnel that I use.

Marketing Through Targeting and Segmentation

Targeting Segmentation

Marketing through Targeting and Segmentation

Today’s post is about marketing success through targeting and segmentation. These two concepts are often used in corporate America by email marketing managers. Let’s first provide the definition for targeting and segmentation.

Targeting is a term in advertising that means you select a demographic or group of people who you will build an advertisement campaign around. When you target, you are better able to advertise to their unique wants and needs.

Segmentation is taking the customers that you have targeted and dividing them up into groups. These groups are going to be base on a smaller commonality that they have within their group.

So before I cut away to the video and provide you with an example of how this works, let me set you up to understand the process. In the video example, we have targeted people who are involved in or have and interest in network marketing. Next we will take our target and divide them into groups by their network marketing companies. This is called segmentation.

Now let’s see this example in real life.
